Notes: This is an excellent soundboard from the Paul Simon's "You're The One" tour. Excellent setlist, professionally mixed recording. Not quite as vibrant as the Hollywood Bowl show I posted a few days ago, but it's still quite good; probably a 9 on a 10 scale. It's somewhat disappointing that "Bridge Over Troubled Water" isn't in this setlist -- but I think he rotated it with "The Late Great Johnny Ace," which is a relative rarity. No artwork, sorry. Hopefully someone on this thread can either create some or post a scan. Enjoy the show! additional notes: 2/11/2005 I reupped ademotte's original post of this show on 12-8-2004 and at that time there was no artwork and I was unaware of the gaps. Both are corrected in this torrent There were 2 sector gaps not 2 second but 2/75 second gaps at each track break don't know why but I have seen this on a few other shows from both flac and shn file sources. Quickly closed them up in Cooledit Pro then to make sure all was perfect I ran the files through shntool fix. a torrent with similar problems NeilYoung_AustinCityLimits84-9-25 If anyone can give any theorys as to why these non TAO gaps appear in some filesets please let us know.... these are not the microgaps I have seen in CD's that have been created from MP3 files.... those gaps are a fraction of a sector I have some quick ideas. Feurio! and some other progs supposedly avoids ticks and pops when burning tracks that have sector boundary errors maybe this is an effect of that but on the original CD's burned from waves extracted from flacs I heard these small gaps so that is probably not it. Maybe one of the plugin type progs that lets you burn directly from SHN or flac causes it or maybe it is just the effect of extracting a CD that had SBE's on all tracks when it was originally burned???? The show as previously torrented still sounds GREAT but you can notice the gaps if you listen closely.
